GOALS is a unique and ambitious widening participation project - organised by the six HEIs in the West of Scotland - which involves working with pupils from primary 6 to secondary 6 (age 10 to 18) in 275 selected schools. Simply put, GOALS aims to introduce the idea of higher education to primary and secondary pupils who might not otherwise have thought that university or college was for them.
