Stay on at school? Get a job? Go on to college or uni? Can I afford to study? Can I afford not to study? Will I enjoy it once I get there?
If you are in S5 or S6 these are just some of the questions that you may be asking yourself at the moment and these are just some of the questions the Top-Up Programme will help you to answer.
Don’t worry if you’re not sure yet! By the end of the four-month long Top-Up Programme you will have experienced lectures and seminars, met undergraduate and postgraduate students, visited uni campuses and know exactly what further study is all about.
Over to you
Then it’s over to you to decide if college or uni is for you. If you do decide to go on to uni, and you don’t quite get the grades you expected, a good performance on the Top-Up Programme might help.
